Man Chains Wife, Burns Her Private Parts Over Food Dispute in Rajgarh

A domestic violence case was reported in Rajgarh district, Madhya Pradesh, where a woman alleged her husband assaulted her over a petty dispute regarding food. According to the complaint filed at Khilchipur Police Station, the accused became angry when his wife did not serve him food directly on June 10.

The accused allegedly beat her with a stick and later intercepted her near a temple when she attempted to report the assault. He then chained her to a pillar with an iron chain and padlock to prevent her from reaching the police station. The woman remained chained for several hours before managing to break free and escape.

After breaking the chain, the victim walked to the police station to lodge a formal complaint. The accused has been arrested following the complaint.
