Manchester City 'more together' after financial charges, says Maresca

Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca stated that the club has grown "more together" following the announcement of financial charges against it. The club secured a 3-0 victory over Liverpool at Anfield in a hostile atmosphere, marking their first match since the charges were made public.

The win maintained Manchester City's perfect record in the league despite the financial controversy surrounding the club. Maresca's comments suggest the squad has rallied together in response to the external pressure and scrutiny.

The financial charges represent a significant challenge for the club, but the manager's remarks indicate an internal unity within the team as they navigate the situation.
