Manipuri musician beaten to death in Delhi over noise complaint

Chongtham Vikram Singh, a musician from Manipur, was beaten to death in Delhi following a dispute over noise. The incident occurred around 11:30pm on Sunday when Singh went downstairs from his third-floor flat to dispose of garbage.

According to reports, Singh objected to noise being made by neighbours. The confrontation escalated, with Singh being chased to the third floor of his building and overpowered by assailants.
