Max Estates to form JV for Rs 3,000 cr housing project in Ghaziabad
Max Estates Ltd has announced a joint venture partnership to develop a housing complex in Ghaziabad's Indirapuram area. The project will span 9.76 acres with a potential 1.5 million sq. ft. of super built-up area.
The venture is projected to generate revenues between Rs 2,500 and 3,000 crore. The project's execution will depend on obtaining necessary regulatory approvals and completing requisite due diligence.
