MP Travel Mart 2026: Tourism Village Dhoba, Kuno Resort, Van Vibe Win Top Awards in Bhopal
At the Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart (MPTM 2026) held at Kushabhau Thakre International Convention Centre in Bhopal on Friday, multiple tourism operators and initiatives were recognised for excellence across different categories.
Tourism Village Dhoba won first prize in Best Table Space for showcasing authentic Baiga Tribal culture, traditional cuisine, folk arts and rural experiences. Visitors can stay with local families and connect with tribal traditions. Kuno Resort secured first prize in Best Stall Design (9 sq m), while Van Vibe and Bamboo Raj won first prize in Best Eco-Friendly Stall and Best Stall Design (6 sq m) respectively. MP Escapes won first prize in Best Stall Design (Above 9 sq m). MP Tours and Travelicious MP won for Best Thematic Presentation of Madhya Pradesh, and Tajwar Khan (Zari Zardozi) won in Best Art and Craft Exhibition.
The MP Tourism Pavilion showcased the state's historical monuments, cultural heritage and natural landscapes using modern technology. A key attraction was an AI-driven interactive avatar named 'Mowgli' that guides visitors through Madhya Pradesh's tourist destinations and can generate customised travel itineraries based on visitor preferences.
