NIT-C experts to submit report on S.A. Road subsidence near metro pillars

National Institute of Technology Calicut (NIT-C) experts have inspected severely affected portions of S.A. Road in Kochi, particularly around metro pillars in the Manorama Junction-Kadavanthra stretch. The inspection focused on subsidence and ground undulations affecting the road.

The expert team is preparing a detailed report, which will be submitted to Kochi Corporation later this month. The report is expected to include recommendations for strengthening the subsoil between the metro pillars to address the structural issues causing road sinking.
