Odisha rejects premature release plea of Graham Staines' killer Dara Singh

Odisha has rejected the premature release plea of Dara Singh, who was convicted in the 1999 killing of Australian missionary Graham Staines. The state informed the Supreme Court of its decision to deny Singh's remission petition.
