Odisha zoo rolls out special care for rescued baby orangutans

Nandankanan Zoo in Bhubaneswar has prepared a comprehensive care programme for two baby orangutans rescued recently. The zoo has arranged toys for enrichment, fresh fruits, and specialized diet charts tailored to the animals' nutritional needs.

The rescued orangutans will undergo a rehabilitation period at the zoo before any further decisions on their care are made. Zoo officials said the animals are receiving round-the-clock attention from trained handlers and veterinarians to ensure their well-being.
