Private equity inflow into Indian office assets rises 7% to $945 million in Apr-Sep
Private equity inflows into Indian office assets reached USD 945 million during April-September of FY27, marking a 7 percent increase, according to data from Anarock. Investors are focusing on completed, leased Grade A office properties that offer steady returns in India's growing commercial real estate market.
The residential sector also performed well, drawing USD 378 million in PE investments during the same period. In contrast, retail real estate failed to attract any significant investments, underscoring a shift in investor preferences toward office and residential segments.
