Pidilite appoints Amit Agarwal as CFO-designate

Pidilite Industries announced the appointment of Amit Agarwal as CFO-designate and Senior Management Personnel, effective October 9, 2026. The appointment boosted the company's share price on Friday.

Agarwal brings over 22 years of financial experience to the role. He holds multiple professional qualifications including Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary credentials.

Before joining Pidilite, Agarwal worked with major corporations including Pfizer, Hindustan Unilever and Vedanta Resources, building extensive expertise in finance and senior management functions.
