Piyush Goyal to visit US for G20 trade talks, bilateral FTA discussions

Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal will travel to the United States for a G20 trade meeting. During the visit, he will hold bilateral discussions with US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer to advance ongoing free trade agreement negotiations between India and the US.

The visit comes as India pursues multiple trade partnership milestones. The India-European Union free trade pact is expected to be signed this year, signalling New Delhi's focus on strengthening economic ties with major trading blocs.
