Piyush Mishra criticises Naseeruddin Shah for silence on pilot Smit Machchhar's heroism

Actor Piyush Mishra has shared a video on social media criticising veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah. In the video, Mishra highlights pilot Smit Machchhar's heroic emergency landing of a Dubai-bound flight (Flight 1073) bound for Tel Aviv, which saved 180 lives, and questions why Shah has not publicly acknowledged the achievement.

Mishra also references recent violence at Lovely Professional University and asks Shah to comment on the incident. He contrasts Shah's activism on other issues with his apparent silence on these matters. Mishra claims he had sought Shah's help during Jharkhand floods, alleging he received only a poem in response.
