Power Mech Projects shares rise 3% on Rs 279 crore Telangana power contract

Power Mech Projects has secured a Rs 279.20 crore operations and maintenance contract from Telangana Power Generation Corporation for a three-year period. The contract covers ash and coal handling plants across five 800 MW units at YTPS.

Following the order announcement, the company's shares gained 3% on the market. Power Mech reported FY27 year-to-date inflows of Rs 3,113 crore and maintains an order book of Rs 17,317 crore, providing visibility for sustained revenue growth.
