Uttar Pradesh Couple Booked for Dangerous Bike Stunt at Temple Ghat
A couple from Pratapgarh district in Uttar Pradesh has been booked after a video of them performing a dangerous motorcycle stunt at Belha Devi Temple Ghat went viral on social media. The video shows Rajpath Patel lifting a motorcycle with his bare hands while his wife Rekha climbed onto the bike in a dramatic manner for online content creation.
The incident, which took place at the publicly frequented temple premises, drew criticism over safety risks. Following the video's viral spread, Pratapgarh police booked Patel under Section 170 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), while Rekha was booked under Sections 126 and 135 of the same law. The motorcycle was also challaned under provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act.
