PropertyDrone Realty Maps Five-Year Expansion from Pune to National Markets

Pune-based real estate firm PropertyDrone Realty has outlined a five-year expansion roadmap under Co-Founder & CEO Nikhil Mawale. The company plans to enter Mumbai next, followed by Hyderabad and Bangalore by FY 2027-28, before extending to tier-2 cities such as Nagpur and Bhopal.

The strategy emphasizes sequential expansion rather than simultaneous multi-city entry. The firm targets growth corridors where it sees strong demand: Mumbai's high-value supply-constrained market, Hyderabad's IT-and-infrastructure-driven residential growth, and Bangalore's tech-sector-driven housing appetite.

PropertyDrone Realty, which built its foundation in Pune, aims to balance aggressive growth with measured resource deployment, avoiding overexpansion while positioning itself early in emerging institutional markets.
