Rahul Gandhi urges MP Chief Minister to implement 27% OBC quota

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has written to Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, urging him to implement a 27% Other Backward Classes (OBC) quota in the state.
