Rajasthan High Court: Daughter-in-law appointed on compassionate grounds must pay 25% of salary to mother-in-law

The Rajasthan High Court has delivered a significant verdict in a case related to compassionate appointment. The court has ordered that 25 percent of the salary of the daughter-in-law of the deceased employee, who was given the compassionate appointment, be deposited in the mother-in-law's account.
The court has also issued directions to divide the deceased employee's final service benefits equally between the mother-in-law and the daughter-in-law. This decision comes in a dispute arising from the daughter-in-law's remarriage after her compassionate appointment.
