Rajasthan Police Launches 24x7 Tourist Helpline for Ranthambore Season

Rajasthan Police will launch a dedicated tourist helpline from October 1 to support domestic and international visitors arriving in Sawai Madhopur and Ranthambore National Park during the upcoming tourism season. The round-the-clock helpline, numbered 07462-251251, will operate from the Superintendent of Police office and provide tourism-related information, address complaints, and coordinate with concerned departments.
According to Superintendent of Police Jyeshtha Maitreyi, officers and personnel will be available 24/7 to assist visitors. The helpline will provide details on Ranthambore National Park, tourist attractions, historical and religious sites, safari-related rules, timings, and information on routes and local transport to railway stations, bus stands, and hotels.
The initiative coincides with the reopening of safari tourism in Ranthambore and other Rajasthan tiger reserves after the monsoon break. Winter months typically see peak tourist traffic, with large numbers of visitors expected for tiger safaris.
