Rajasthan: Model Code of Conduct Ends in 309 Urban Local Bodies, Election Restrictions Lifted

The Model Code of Conduct enforced in 309 urban bodies of Rajasthan ended on Tuesday evening. The State Election Commission withdrew the code after the election process was completed.

This Model Code of Conduct remained in force for 34 days. With the end of the code, all election-related restrictions on urban bodies were lifted.

Now the urban bodies can resume their normal functioning and carry out new administrative work.
