Raza Murad Criticizes Bollywood Stars for Absence at Mushtaq Khan's Funeral

Veteran actor Raza Murad has criticized Bollywood's prominent stars for their absence at the funeral of veteran actor Mushtaq Khan, who passed away on September 24. In a strongly worded video message, Raza questioned why no major film industry figures attended the last rites on September 25 to pay final respects to an actor who devoted nearly five decades to Hindi cinema.

Raza drew a sharp contrast, saying Bollywood stars readily attend lavish events hosted by influential industrialists and respond promptly to political parties' calls, but failed to spare time for Khan's funeral. He expressed disappointment that despite many colleagues and fellow actors attending, no major star was present to honour Khan's long contribution to the industry.
