R.K. Fashion Accessories SME IPO opens for subscription

R.K. Fashion Accessories launched its SME IPO on October 5, with the subscription window closing on October 7. The issue size stands at ₹34.99 crore with a price band of ₹77–82 per share and a lot size of 1,600 shares.

The company plans to deploy the IPO proceeds toward working capital requirements, business expansion, and establishment of new retail facilities.
