Ronaldo leads Al Nassr back to AFC Champions League Elite after Saudi Pro League win

Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr have secured a return to the AFC Champions League Elite following their Saudi Pro League triumph. The club spent last season competing in the second-tier competition before bouncing back to reclaim the top tier.

Al Nassr will begin their elite campaign against Al Ain, the team that eliminated them in 2024. Under new manager Ange Postecoglou and with a revamped squad, the club aims to pursue continental glory. For Ronaldo, the campaign represents an opportunity to win his first major trophy as an Asian club player.
