Salman Khan in talks with Farhan Akhtar for period drama: Report

According to reports, Salman Khan and Farhan Akhtar have been meeting regularly over the past month to discuss a potential collaboration. The two are in talks for a massive period action drama, with plans to develop it as a two-part film. While both sides are said to be excited about the prospect, the discussions remain in early stages and have not yet reached the formal agreement phase.

Khan currently has several films in the pipeline, including the patriotic drama Maatrubumi, an action film directed by Vamshi Paidipally releasing on Eid 2027, and a superhero comedy from Raj & DK. If the reported project with Akhtar materialises, it would mark the first collaboration between the actor and director.
