SAP to acquire workforce data firm TechWolf

SAP has announced plans to acquire TechWolf, a specialist in workforce data analysis. The acquisition is designed to enhance SAP's ability to understand customer workforce skills and requirements in the context of advancing artificial intelligence technologies.

TechWolf will maintain its independent operations and continue serving its existing non-SAP clients following the deal. SAP expects to complete the transaction by the fourth quarter of this year, pending regulatory approvals.
