Data breach: SBI admits exposure of its customer data on the Dark Web

SBI has admitted that its customer data was exposed on the Dark Web.

The Internet Freedom Foundation warned that affected customers are the most likely to receive calls from people posing as SBI officials. Such callers can recite account details back to them, lending false credibility to the scam.

The foundation has asked SBI to alert the impacted customers directly.
