Adani Group settles Sebi case, pays ₹1.5 crore over governance violations

The Adani Group has reached a settlement with market regulator Sebi, with multiple group companies collectively paying ₹1.5 crore to resolve allegations related to related party transaction disclosures and corporate governance violations.
Adani Enterprises alone contributed ₹76.05 lakh towards the settlement. The action follows scrutiny over the company's compliance with audit standards and peer review practices, issues that had been raised in the Hindenburg Report regarding the conglomerate's governance framework.
