33 years after 1993 blasts, metal shrapnel removed from victim's face

Sudhir Tukaram Mohite, now living in Gujarat, was struck by a blast near the Passport Office in Worli on March 12, 1993, during Mumbai's serial bombings. He carried metal shrapnel lodged in his face for over three decades without realising its presence.
The foreign object was recently removed through medical intervention. His family said he had survived the explosion but remained unaware that shrapnel had penetrated his body, only discovering it years later.
