Shriram Finance to launch $500 million bond buyback
Shriram Finance has announced plans for a $500 million bond buyback programme. The company will offer to repurchase bonds maturing in April 2027 and April 2028, with the tender priced at a slight premium to current market rates.
The move is aimed at lowering the company's borrowing costs. This marks the first bond buyback since MUFG acquired its stake in the non-banking financial company earlier this year.
