Teenage cricket star Vaibhav Sooryavanshi went viral after humorously warning airport paparazzi to prioritise safety over filming, saying, "Reel ke chakkar mein thuk jaoge." The lighthearted exchange occurred as the young athlete arrived in New Delhi.

Sooryavanshi was in the capital to attend a felicitation ceremony for India's Asian Games contingent, where he met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During the event, Modi emphasised the importance of athletes as role models and encouraged them to inspire younger generations.

The PM highlighted sports' broader role in developing discipline, resilience and perseverance among children, encapsulated in his message, "Jo Khelega, Woh Khilega."
