SP Group unit raises ₹445 crore via rupee bonds to meet debt obligations
Eqyizen Investment, a subsidiary of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, has raised ₹44.5 billion through zero-coupon rupee bonds maturing in July 2029. The bonds carry a yield of 18.95%.
The funds will be used to meet a financial obligation linked to Porteast Investment, which has a debt payment due in May 2025. The capital raise helps the group manage its near-term repayment schedules.
