Speeding Car Runs Over Mother-Daughter in Noida Society Parking; Woman Critically Injured

A critical accident in Mahagun Mirabella Society in Noida's Sector 79 left a software engineer severely injured after a speeding Honda Amaze struck her and her five-year-old daughter in the basement parking area. The woman, identified as Kritika Sharma, was rushed to hospital with multiple serious injuries, while her daughter Ayra sustained minor injuries and was discharged after first aid.

The incident occurred while Kritika's family was unloading luggage from their parked vehicle. CCTV footage shows the Honda Amaze entering the parking zone at excessive speed before hitting both victims. Residents heard screams and rushed to help, lifting the vehicle to free Kritika, who had been trapped underneath. Her husband managed to pull their daughter to safety. Both were taken to Fortis Hospital for treatment.

The accident has sparked concerns about reckless driving inside residential complexes and parking safety protocols.
