SPV Planned For Durgam Cheruvu Lakefront Development

Hyderabad's Standing Committee has approved the formation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the development of the Durgam Cheruvu lakefront. The decision comes as part of broader infrastructure improvements in the city.

The committee also sanctioned the construction of the remaining stretch of a box drain extending from Trendz Junior to Vashinavi Pride Apartment, which will connect to the existing drainage system under Kukatpally Zone. The project is estimated to cost ₹5.95 crore.
