S&R Associates advises IRB InvIT Fund on ₹20 billion placement

S&R Associates represented IRB InvIT Fund, a listed infrastructure investment trust focused on road assets, in an institutional placement of ₹20 billion to eligible investors. The firm also advised on a ₹3.51 billion preferential allotment to IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, the Trust's sponsor.

Proceeds from the fund-raise were directed toward acquiring two road assets from IRB Infrastructure Trust, a privately-placed listed InvIT. The transaction was led by S&R partner Pratichi Mishra, alongside associates Shiv Kumar Sharma, Taneesh Shah, Shivesh Didwania and Souparna Mukherjee.
