S&R Associates names Apurv Sharma as retained partner, Mohnish Mathew as counsel

S&R Associates has announced the appointment of Apurv Sharma as a retained partner at the firm. Sharma specializes in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, restructuring, corporate governance and regulatory matters, with significant experience in infrastructure and financial services. He holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and previously worked with Trilegal.

The firm also designated Mohnish Mathew as counsel. Mathew's practice focuses on capital markets, corporate governance and regulatory and general corporate matters. He is a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) graduate from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. Both are based in S&R Associates' Mumbai office.
