Systematix Corporate Services Invests ₹10 Crore in SWASPL Rights Issue

Mumbai: Systematix Corporate Services Ltd announced on September 29, 2026, an investment of ₹10 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Systematix Wealth & Asset Services Private Limited (SWASPL). The investment was made by subscribing to 1 crore equity shares of ₹10 each at par through a rights issue.

SWASPL operates in Alternative Investment Funds, Wealth Management, and distribution of financial products. It is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India and the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a Portfolio Manager. The subsidiary reported turnover of ₹193.06 lakh for FY 2025-26, compared to ₹0.02 lakh in FY 2023-24.

The transaction is classified as a related-party transaction conducted at arm's length. The investment aims to meet SWASPL's working capital requirements, with no change in shareholding or control structure.
