T20 Mumbai League expands to nine teams with new Navi Mumbai franchise

The T20 Mumbai League is expanding to nine teams with the addition of a new franchise based in Navi Mumbai, to be operated by Aspect Sports. The expansion aims to broaden the league's geographical reach beyond its traditional Mumbai boundaries.

The new franchise is expected to provide cricketers from the Navi Mumbai region with a direct pathway into the competition, strengthening the league's presence across the metropolitan area.
