TCS to acquire Best Buy's India GCC, convert it into AI capability centre

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is set to acquire Best Buy's Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India and repurpose it as an artificial intelligence capability centre. The move marks TCS's expansion in the AI space as the company strengthens its technology infrastructure.

The acquisition will allow TCS to enhance its AI-driven service offerings and technical capabilities. Best Buy's existing India GCC will be transitioned under TCS's management to focus on developing advanced AI solutions and expertise.
