Telangana to Fund Metro Phase-2 Without Centre Support: CM Reddy

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy claimed the Centre has reneged on its commitment to fund Hyderabad Metro's phase-2 project. He urged the central government to issue the necessary clearance to allow the state to independently finance the expansion.

Reddy said Telangana is prepared to proceed with the metro phase-2 without waiting for Centre support, asserting the state's willingness to shoulder the financial burden for the critical infrastructure project.
