Udaan acquires Swiggy's LYNK Logistics for ₹500 crore

B2B e-commerce platform Udaan has acquired LYNK Logistics, Swiggy's logistics arm, for ₹500 crore. The deal makes Swiggy a shareholder in Udaan.

The acquisition gives Udaan access to LYNK's distribution network across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata, strengthening its supply chain capabilities across key Indian markets.

The move marks a significant consolidation in India's logistics and e-commerce sectors, combining Udaan's B2B platform with LYNK's established distribution infrastructure.
