UP Congress appoints RSS-trained leader as new media head

The Uttar Pradesh Congress has appointed Kunwar Singh Nishad, who has received RSS training, as its new media head. The appointment came after Nishad met with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

Nishad has expressed interest in contesting elections from Mathura in the future. He believes Rahul Gandhi's focus on social justice will guide the party's ticket allocation for upcoming elections.
