UP RERA approves 12 new real estate projects, 3,090 units to be built

At the 214th Authority meeting of UP RERA (Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority), 12 new real estate projects in 6 districts have been approved.

These projects will involve a total investment of approximately Rs 1,663.85 crore. A total of 3,090 residential and commercial units will be constructed.
