UP Teacher Recruitment Dispute: Hearing in SC, 10,000 Jobs at Risk

The controversy surrounding the recruitment of 69,000 assistant teachers in Uttar Pradesh remains unresolved even after six years. During the hearing in the Supreme Court, the lawyer representing the selected teachers presented an argument that has created a situation of concern for the thousands of teachers who obtained jobs through this recruitment.

According to the lawyer, if the Allahabad High Court's verdict is upheld, around 10,000 teachers may be affected, who have been working in their jobs for the past six years. The next hearing in the case has been scheduled for September 22.
