Good news for daily commuters in Uttar Pradesh. The railways is planning to launch local train services on busy routes in UP, similar to Mumbai.

The railways is identifying routes where large numbers of people travel daily from one city to another for jobs, studies, and other work. This will improve connectivity between cities.
