UP International Trade Show 2026 to highlight state's culinary diversity
Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show 2026 will showcase the state's culinary heritage alongside its industrial and business strengths. A dedicated food court named 'UP Ka Swad' will present traditional dishes from different regions and districts of the state in one venue, allowing visitors to experience diverse regional flavors.
The food court will feature specialties including Galouti Kebab and Lucknowi Biryani from Lucknow, Banarasi Paan from Varanasi, Jain Shikanji from Modinagar, Moradabadi Dal from Moradabad, Petha from Agra, Peda from Mathura, and Litti-Chokha from Ballia, among others. A special attraction called 'UP Ki Khau Gali' will showcase cuisines from multiple regions including Banaras, Kanpur, Allahabad, Awadh, Jaunpur and others.
The initiative aims to give wider recognition to local culinary traditions and products from across the state on a major national platform.
