Vascon Engineers Wins ₹660.79 Crore Qualcomm Office Project in Bengaluru

Vascon Engineers Limited has bagged a construction contract valued at ₹660.79 crore, including taxes, from Qualcomm India Private Limited to develop a large office facility in Bengaluru. The project involves construction of Block K, comprising three basement levels, ground floor, and 12 additional floors with associated infrastructure.

The contract has been awarded under a Design and Build, GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) model and is classified as a domestic project. Vascon Engineers must complete the entire project within 30 months from the date of site handover. The company clarified that this does not involve related-party transactions, as the promoter and group companies have no interest in Qualcomm India.
