Veegaland Developers Q1 FY27 Revenue Surges 79% to ₹7,432 Lakh

Real estate developer Veegaland Developers Limited reported a 79% year-on-year jump in Q1 FY27 revenue to ₹7,432 lakh, driven by strong sales demand and project execution. The company's EBITDA surged 135% to ₹1,431 lakh with a margin of 18.93%, while profit after tax reached ₹972 lakh with an improved margin of 12.86%.

During the quarter, Veegaland Developers launched Veegaland Amora in Kochi, adding 1.59 lakh square feet to its project portfolio. The company plans to expand its Kerala presence with three upcoming projects and 6.5 acres of land reserves, citing confidence in the residential real estate market.
