Vera Vita Living LLP plans to invest Rs 250 crore in a senior living housing project in Hyderabad. The initiative will comprise 256 flats spread across 2.5 acres near the Kandlakoya reserve forest, addressing the rising demand for dedicated senior citizen housing in South India.

The company is also exploring expansion into additional cities, reflecting changing lifestyle preferences and priorities among elderly residents in urban India.
