Vizhinjam fishing harbour project to be completed: Kerala CM

Kerala Chief Minister announced that the Vizhinjam fishing harbour project will be completed with modern infrastructure. The harbour will include a 235-metre-long new breakwater and a 500-metre L-shaped fishery berth designed to enhance fishing operations.

The project will also feature dredging facilities, lighting systems, and improved road connectivity to support maritime activities. The development aims to strengthen Kerala's fishing infrastructure and boost the livelihoods of fishing communities in the region.
