VVMC's decision on 95 buildings leaves residents, builders in limbo

Developers have approached the Vidisha Vikas Nagara Mahapalika's Town Planning Department seeking clarification on notices served against 95 buildings. At a hearing on Friday, builders contested the legality of the notices, arguing that the VVMC itself had granted construction permissions for these projects.
