Yash's Toxic: OTT Rights Remain Unsold Amid Negotiations

The Kannada film Toxic, starring actor Yash, has encountered difficulties in finalizing its over-the-top (OTT) distribution deal. Reports indicate that the digital rights for the film have remained unsold despite market interest.

According to sources, Zee5 has reportedly made an offer of Rs 30 crore to acquire the digital rights to the film. The negotiation process appears to be ongoing as stakeholders assess the terms and conditions of the deal.

The delay in securing OTT rights for a major release featuring a prominent actor has raised questions about the film's digital distribution strategy and the expectations around its commercial performance.
